When you apply for a mortgage through Colban Funding, you are assigned a processor/closing specialist who will complete your entire package in a timely manner. We will keep in contact with you on a regular basis to inform you of progress, and once your loan is approved, a closing specialist will work with you, and your attorney, to ensure a timely closing.
